At Silks Are Forever, we want you to be completely satisfied with your artificial greenery and floral arrangements. If your purchase doesn't perfectly complement your home, you can return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Package with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all stems and petals are secured to prevent damage during transit, and include your RMA form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned greenery to confirm it is in original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
